Finding a friend that has also had a child recently can also be a very good way of loosing those extra pounds. You can give each other support and at the same time you can compare and find the best ways of exercising. Also, once you are ready to join the gym, you can exchange times for babysitting.
Having nutritious and balanced meals is very important for your health. You are trying to lose weight to become healthy and not to become sick, therefore harsh diet programs may not be what you really need. You will have to study the pros and cons of a healthy diet and take the steps accordingly.
Please remember that you lose weight in a balanced manner, meaning that all parts of the body lose weight at the same time, and therefore, thinking that no matter how much you work on a stomach weight loss program, nothing seems to work, is not true as you will lose weight gradually and the stomach is perhaps the last part to go.
